Description:
Finley has found his forever home! Thank you to his new parents for giving him the chance at such a great life. Finley will be the constant companion of his family and get to go everywhere and do everything with them. Yeah for Finley.

Finley came to us from a southern states animal control facility where the temperatures and humidity are so high, dogs are literally dying from the heat!

Look at that sweet face! We couldn't let Finley die from the heat too!

Finley is a wonderful little dog minus all the issues that sometimes come
with little dogs. If you're looking for a hyper, high energy dog, Finley is
NOT for you. He is very mellow and would love nothing more than to snuggle
up with you on the couch. You'll rarely even hear Finley bark. This sweet
boy is extremely gentle with children (the neighbor boys at his foster home
love taking him on walks) and also great with other dogs. Finley hasn't
been destructive when left alone and also sleeps quietly in his crate at
night. He loves his toys and a nice rawhide to keep him busy. As far as
little dogs go, it doesn't get much better than Finley! For all the love
you give this little dog, you'll get back tenfold. Won't you consider
adopting Finley?

"Teenage boy Finley is a character to watch. This sweet guy gets along well with all the other dogs and is a complete pushover with people (or the other way around!). He enjoys lounging about as much as romping around."

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
